The Zadge can barely contain herself until Season 2 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starts in September. She’s very intellectual that way. Bravo released the trailer trash of highlights today. Or maybe it’s better to call them lowlights?
Do you now see why TV-less Richie Rich and the Zadge would not have been a good match?
Speaking of Match, the Zadge hasn’t received any emails from anyone since the ones she got last week from ElectrocutedLips and Strange Guy Looking For a Wife – not even any of the usuals from the Father Time Nursing Home. It may be time for the Zadge to change her strategy and become a pitcher, rather than a catcher. Batter up!
Thanks for all the “K” ingredient suggestions for my next foray into the ABC’s of Cooking. That Kiwi-Krusted-Kielbasa with a side of Kohlrabi should be really delicious.
What’s hanging out on the Zadge’s coffee table today:
This might be the lead story tomorrow in the New York Times, but you are hearing it here first: Moomskers is on The Face! You know Facebook has finally conquered the world when the Zadge’s mother is now poking people on the Face.
Of course, the Zadge has moved on to the Plus, which is what she has taken to calling Google+. The Plus is Google’s new effort to try and take over the Face, and thereby, the World. The Plus is only available right now to select people, because it is in the “beta testing” phase, which the Zadge thinks has something to do with the beta fish she had in her childhood fish tank. The Zadge is only on the Plus because the Sista is all techy and geeky-connected and whatnot, and got an early invite, and then dragged the Zadge onto the Plus. Which made the Kaiser, who is a total tech geek, insane that a stay-at-home mom in rural Pennsylvania farm country got onto the Plus before he did.
And people wonder why the Zadge and the Kaiser are not together.
In all the busy-ness of the Zadge’s life, what with her BFF visiting, and her online dating nonsense, and her workouts with her Jennifer Aniston-lookalike trainer, and her Facing and Plussing, she forgot her very own anniversary: this little blog turned 2 years old on July 8. And she loves all of the fabulous, smart, funny and dear bloggy friends she has made as a result! You can read her first ever post here.
And speaking of blogs and bloggy friends, the Zadge is headed out next weekend to San Diego for the BlogHer’11 Conference with her Sista of the Blogosphere, Meg from The Member’s Lounge. Who else is going? Let’s par-tay!
